The Mortimer History Society has announced the fifth round of its annual essay prize. Essays will be accepted on any aspect relating to the history, geopolitics, topography, laws, economy, society and culture of medieval borderlands 1066-1542, or any aspect of the medieval Mortimer family of Wigmore.
